IWC introduced the exclusive fake IWC Portugieser Chronograph Rattrapante Edition “Boutique Milano” (Ref. IW371215), which is created to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony. In its “Milan Boutique” edition, this timelessly elegant timepiece arrives in a red gold case and a gorgeous blue dial. The watch is a successor of the similar model that was offered for the last time in 2006.
Same as its predecessor, the Portugieser Chronograph Rattrapante Edition Milano features the emblematic third button for the rattrapante (double chronograph) mechanism.
The watch presented during the special inaugural dinner is a limited and exclusive edition of 100 pieces of IWC’s most iconic watch – the Portugieser Chronograph Rattrapante. The dial is marked with both tachymetric and telemetric scales – one for measuring distances or speed based on time elapsed, and the latter for allowing the measurement of the distance separating the observer from the place of an optical/acoustical phenomenon (based on thunder or lighting, for example).
The blue dial IWC Portugieser Chronograph copy watch includes two separate stopwatch mechanisms in order to estimate two separate events of different durations.
IWC Portugieser Double Chronograph Edition Milano, ref. IW371215, is mounted on a black alligator leather strap. Its commemorative case back reveals a special engraving of the “Biscione”, the grass snake, of the Milanese Visconti family, the symbol and emblem of the city of Milan. The inscription of the limited edition “xx/100” also appears on the back of the IWC watch replica.
